I was cleaning out my entertainment center and came across my LP The Kenny Rankin Album. I have been a huge fan since I heard that album in 76 while in college. I was lucky enough to get to see Kenny live in Pittsburgh so, so many years ago. His voice haunts me with its beauty, clarity, fluidity. He sang like a Nightingale.
I've looked everywhere for a CD copy of the album but will have to settle for my vinyl.
His talent will live on forever in my heart and many, many others like me.
