Just heard today about Kenny's passing.... I apologize for the lateness of this post. He was (is) one of my favorite singers/players and a huge influence on my (still amateur) attempts at song interpretation. I saw Kenny five or six times in the 70's and 80's (and once with my soon-to-be-wife in 1992), and was always amazed (i.e. "blown away") at his range, chording, etc.... I guess all the stuff everybody says about Kenny all the time. I have every (EVERY) recording (some on vinyl AND CD), and he was "the soundtrack" for so much of my life... I have introduced literally dozens of friends to "that sound" over the past four decades. Just a hearfelt note to say how truly saddened I am...
