I was browsing a music blog and suddenly saw a note "in memory of Kenny Rankin" - I am shocked and very saddened to hear of Kenny's passing.
I have been following Kenny's musical career since sometime around 1970 when he appeared on the Flip Wilson TV show with his song "Peaceful"
I have always loved Kenny's singing, and his unique way of arranging songs that he covers.
Kenny, your voice will fir in well with the angels, but down here on earth, you are sadly missed...
