I first heard your music back when I was working at a Record Bar in Greenville NC while in undergrad music school and the Kenny Rankin Album had just come out. I was in love with your sound. When I went out to CU to work on my violin performance grad degree (which was a joke because the only thing I wanted to play was jazz) I had opportunity to hear you in a tiny venue called the Blue Note in downtown Boulder and I was thrilled. I still buy and listen to your music at every opportunity. I am now a professional musician and blessed I feel to be able to play the kind of music I love which for the most part is American popular song and jazz. I feel that your music has been a great inspiration in my own musical development.
