Ya know, .... I don't really have any specific answer to that, except to say that I'm tired
and disappointed at where the administrations, covering the last 20 years or so, have put
us. I'm not about bashing anyone, because I learned a long time ago, that when you
throw dirt, you lose ground. I just believe that it's time for change, and Senator Obama is
that man.
It's not going to happen overnight. Our warriors, our heros, our sons and daughters,
mothers and fathers, that have been sent into the jaws of hell, need to come home.
I was recently asked by the IRS to account for $3000, which I did.
My question to them was, what happened to the 9 billion dollars, that can't be accounted
for in Iraq.
How could it happen that over 25 thousand of our heros, have been severely injured, and
don't get the care they are entitled to.
Hey, at the end of the day, I'm just a guitar player, but what I do is not who I am.
I'm a son, a father, and a grandfather for the first time.
As an American, I would like to leave this place a better place for yours and mine.
I believe, in my heart, that it is time for change, and it seems that many many people
think so too. No one is perfect, but I believe that Senator Obama can and will, rally the
country, and we will once again become the "United" States of America.
