Kenny, I hope you have a wonderful day! I'm not sure if you remember, but I'm the young man whose guitar you signed at Nighttown in Cleveland a few months back.. I just wanted to take the opportunity to tell you what a tremendous influence you have been on me musically. I've been playing publicly (in Cleveland and New Orleans, where I now go to college) for about four years now, and I cannot emphasize enough how listening to you has helped me stretch my range and perfect my phrasing. My dad introduced me to your music when I was about three years old, and "Silver Morning," "After the Roses," and "Like a Seed" were always in heavy rotation in the cassette player on family road trips. And still, I listen to you every day, as your voice seems to be the perfect answer to any problems I have. Thank you, Kenny, for the music you have given me and my parents, and all of the world.
