Please forgive me if there is a lyric section somewhere on the site but I just stumbled in for the first time.
I've been a Kenny Rankin fan since the mid 70's when I first heard Silver Morning, Peaceful, Haven't We Met, Blackbird, Eye Of The Eagle, --- you know the drill. I was (and still am) amazed at such talent - so many gifts wrapped up into one.
I used to sing "She Moves, Eyes Follow", to my daughter's mother - I used to tell my wife that there was never a song that more aptly described her. She passed away 6 days after giving birth to our daughter. Kate is now 14 and old enough to understand the depth of the song and it's meaning and so I'm buying (again) the Hiding In Myself CD.
I kind of wanted to have the lyrics in print for her so she wouldn't miss a thing - but I can't find them anywhere. I realize Jimmy Webb wrote it but still no luck.
Could any of you guys point me in the right direction? I would be most greatful and it would be a wonderful gift to my daughter.
