Hi B,
Well, music was my life for 30 years. I sang & played keyboards since I was 3 yrs old! But then acting and stunts took over. And then my degrees. I'm 18 months from my PhD in holistic nutrition.

Yes, I was the original Spice girl! But before that, I was constantly performing in recitals as a pianist and was in multiple musicals sining. In 1978 I was signed with 20th Century Record as a staff song writer and in 1979 I had 6 songs win the American Song Festival and one song hit 23 on Billboard. However, 10 years on the road and hanging out with all the big guys, I made up my mind I wanted to act and move more into that direction. And.....so I did.

There were many dark days near the end of the 70's for me. I overdosed 3 times from drugs & alcohol, my last being Sept 19, 1977. It was Kenny's music that kept me connected to my heart center and allowed me to find the light and my way out of the darkness. That was a great gift for me then and still is for me today. Even though my life is great now, his music always brings me to that place in my heart, my truth center where I feel most alive!

As for letting myself go...;-) I know one thing, getting old ain't for sissies!!!! Glad you enjoy my sites.

>You were apparently the 'original' Spice Girls......I didn't get to d/l your music, but in your bio on IMDB, it chronicles an auspicious career in film, stunt work to acting.....and I didn't see mention of the music.....

>One would hope that when Kenny puts his head to pillow, from time to time, he thinks about the gifts he has given 1000 sets of ears, a million sets of ears, ten million, and how wonderful a life that is to know you hold a special place in the heart of a Spice, or a BSN, and so on......I'm sure Kenny appreciates that.
