I saw you in Vegas at the Snta Fe Hotel last night. It was me and my wife's anniversary and we had tickets.
As a yound musician on the road, your music got me through a lot of tough times back in the '70s. And I held onto your music afterward.
I know there have been some rough edges in your career back in the '70s after you achieved some notoriety and you were on Flip Wilson's record label, Little David. But I always believed in you and your music, and I knew that spiritually you would prevail.
And you have, and sound timelessly great today.
