Has there been anything revealed on this board about Kenny's character that would lead you to believe that he would purposely "produce an inferior product because it is in high demand."

Or is it more likely that, in an effort to appease his loyal fans, he got the best source available and produced the cd from that?

If I were you and I was that unhappy with the cd, I'd return it for a refund and go back to listening to that old scratchy lp that we all have.

I, for one, am grateful that Kenny acknowledged his fans requests and took action. He certainly didn't have to make the effort.

And if I were him and reading e-mails like yours, I don't know how likely I would be to respond to future requests.

Brings to mind the line from 'Annie Hall': 'The food here is terrible. And such small portions.'

    Just my opinion.

    >But that does not mean you produce an inferior product because it is in high demand. (I mean the audio quality and not the music itself). I guess the price of the CD could be explained by "supply and demand". But I thought part of the American way was to produce a good product at a fair price. Basil, go to CD Baby's website and tell me if you see any other artist asking that high of a price for a single CD.

Am disappointed by the sound quality - some distortion of KR's voice in louder passages throughout the CD (listen to Killed a Cat and the lyric "New York........" for an example). Has anyone else heard this? Do I have a bad copy or is this what all the CD's sound like? Is this the classic "limitation of the source material" after all these years? Thanks.
