I've spent about 4 hours searching for the name of the album from 1975 where he sang People Get Ready there's a train a'comin. I think I finally found it: Silver Morning! But now I've been sorely disappointed...it sounds like it can't be purchased as a CD.....I have referenced that album many times. It's like an old friend that I lost in a divorce....does anyone have an update on this recording? It took me a few days to even remember Kenny Rankin's name....oh be kind...it was 31 years ago!! Egads!! But his music remains new in the dusty halls of my mind. I'm not even sure if he sang that song on any album but for some reason when I heard it the other day, I thought of Kenny Rankin and that wonderful album from 1975.
