Really enjoyed your performance Wednesday night at Jazz Alley in Seattle. I'm glad we attended the night that we did, since your guitar was temporarily in limbo on Tuesday night, thanks to Alaska Air. I guess you had to rent one?
Anyway, I mentioned to someone that I had seen Kenny Rankin last night, and they recalled that their high school choir teacher had talked about you (sometime in the 1980's) to the class, and the students were asking, "Who's this Kenny Rankin guy?", and the teacher said, "He's like Billy Joel, but with talent.". I thought that was pretty funny, and kind of true. Take care.
